I have one thing to say about this book:
THANKS OBAMA!
(Get it? Because Sam Kass was the Obama's chef????)
While I can't say I am a drinker of the Kass Kool-Aid when it comes to his politics (I mean for real, want to "advise" the powers that be about how to solve the food problems of the world? START BY FEEDING THE DANG STARVING PEOPLE!) - this book does offer up some decent recipes.
